February 7th 2019 marks the 10th anniversary of the 2009 Black Saturday bushfires.    This was a traumatic and distressing event and the anniversary will be a significant date of remembrance for Victoria. It is likely to be a challenging time for many people.
During this time your local health services will provide a number of FREE events for local people to learn more about:

* How to support others to achieve their best possible mental health
* Support services available locally
