On 19th November we held our Annual General Meeting which was attended by more than 50 people. We were delighted to announce  Alyson Scott as this year’s winner of the Jan Webb Award for Excellence. Alyson who works in our Acute unit was frequently recognised by her colleagues and patients as someone who models our values of respect, unity, innovation, excellence  and integrity. Congratulations Alyson. Just as pleasing was the announcement of Food Services as the winners of the Group Award for Excellence and Innovation for their efforts during the installation of a new kitchen floor that saw them maintain full meal production and delivery throughout the installation process.  Those present heard a great presentation from Kim Wright on our Changing Minds project in Stringybark Lodge and saw the world premiere of our Changing Minds film clip. Also on the night we reported achieving activity levels that exceeded our acute and community health targets as well as a $111,000 operating surplus. Well done to all concerned
