We currently have three clubs that offer members opportunities to be active, socialise and remain as independent as they can. The Clubs are in Beechworth, Yackandandah and Tangambalanga.
Members of the Club inform staff of the interests, activities and social outings that they wish the Club to undertake. Staff facilitiate as required.
How to join Club Connection?
Joining the Club is as easy as getting in touch with the Club yourself. Referrals can also be made by an outside provider, such as your local doctor, district nurse, family, friend or the Shire. As the Victorian Government supports the program with funding from 'Home and Community Care', some eligablity criteria do need to be met to become a memebr of Club Connection.

Costs:
A small fee is payable per day which this includes a 3-course meal. Transport to and from the Club can be provided if required.

Yackandandah Club Connection operates on:
Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
Beechworth Club Connection operates on:
Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and every First and third Wednesday
Tangambalanga Club Connection - operates on:
Fridays, excluding the last Friday of the month
